So 80’s… So Madonna!
Based in Los Angeles, So Madonna is the Ultimate Tribute Act to 1980's Madonna! Focusing on the material girl's glory days ('83-'90), they dress up, celebrate, and make every day feel like a holiday, complete with iconic wardrobe changes, choreography, and memorable Madonna moments. Playing your favorites, from “Borderline” and “Burning Up” to “Like A Prayer” and “Vogue,” they’ll make you GET UP ON THE DANCE FLOOR!

JULIANNE RUCK (“Madonna”), an Orange County native, has a diverse background in the performance arts. In addition to her outstanding role as Madonna in So Madonna, she currently reigns as Queen Isabella at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. Listen for her voice in several rides and attractions around Knott’s Berry Farm, including the Log Ride and promotional materials for Halloween Haunt, and Medieval Times. She has recorded backing vocal tracks for Elvira Mistress of the Dark, and has toured internationally with The ABBA Show tribute band. She plays featured character Miss Violet in the award-winning, immersive old west experience, Ghost Town Alive, and you can catch her singing in the saloon and performing in the old time melodrama at Knott's famous Birdcage Theater. She studied sound design and vocal performance at Chapman University and is trained in improv and several dance and vocal styles.

RANDY SIMER (Guitar, Keyboard, Percussion, B.V.), originally from San Diego, CA, has spent his whole life playing music and acting... Or sometimes acting like he’s playing music. So the tribute thing really works for him. When not performing live, he produces music for his company, Ahhyeah Music Production for various media projects, TV, radio, commercials, video games, etc. Some of his other bands and collaborations include: No Duh (No Doubt tribute) and Blonde Day (Blondie tribute) which were both featured on AXS TV’s The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands, Kenny Metcalf as Elton (Elton John tribute), Supersonic Folk Club, Duran Duran, John Tesh, A Flock of Seagulls, and Berlin.

RODNEY PINO (Drums, B.V.), born and raised in L.A.’s South Bay, started out in bands Eden and Joshua in the early 80’s. He originally played keyboards then drums for 80's rockers, DataClan (which later became Love/Hate) with whom he toured Japan in 1985. In the early 90’s he put drumming on hold and fronted bands Her Obsession and The Brash. He won several South Bay Music Awards for his solo work and as frontman & guitarist in his own eccentric comedy rock band, Hollywood Hot Rod. Rodney is the current drummer for hard rockers Silent Rage and the No Doubt tribute No Duh, who were featured on AXS TV’s The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands. He owns a rehearsal & recording studio, Grooveworks Studios, and is also co-owner/inventor of patented No Nuts Cymbal Sleeves, which he uses on the So Madonna drum set.

EMANUELE MORETTI (Bass Guitar, B.V.) was born and raised in Milano, Italy. Now based in Los Angeles, he is known for his love for 70’s & 80’s sounds, but also fits naturally with the newest music trends. He has worked with artists Gloria Trevi (“El Amor” DVD), Shaila Durcal, Tom Goss, Mink Slide, Ancestral Stigmata, Citriniti Bros, etc. In addition to So Madonna, Emanuele tours nationally with top tribute productions such as Bruno & The Hooligans (Bruno Mars tribute), These Killers (The Killers tribute) and many more. He received an award from The City Council Of Los Angeles for his musical endeavors altogether with fellow bandmates, These Handsome Devils (The Smiths & Morrissey tribute), and closed 2017 composing and recording music for feature movies Hooked (Max Emerson) and Varisty Punks (Anthony Solorzano). In 2018 Emanuele was featured in the latest Dance Aegis production "Twelve" as a recording artist and composer.
